She waddled over to the fruit station and quietly grabbed a mango, which was her favorite fruit. She wasn't surprised that there was hardly anyone there. Clay was one of the few dragons there. She carefully slipped out of bed and tiptoed down the hallway to the cafeteria. The next morning, it was Moon's turn to wake up before Qibli. "Thanks," was all she said before she fell asleep. Moon kissed him and against her lips, he muttered, "You're beautiful." And even though they had been together for years, Qibli still felt like that. Whenever Moon kissed Qibli, it felt as though his brain was melting right out of his head. Moon and Qibli cuddled up together on the bed that the dragonets had provided. "I just can't believe that they've started taking in Pantalan dragons. They sat and talked for a while more about how excited they were to finally be back. Sunny ran over to Moon and Qibli and gave them both a really big hug, but watched Qibli's tail warily.Īfter about two hours of just talking to the Dragonets of Destiny, Moon and Qibli finally went to their sleeping cave that Tsunami had let them stay in. "You two are the first of our original students to come back! And after ten whole years! Welcome back, guys!" The other dragonets turned around as well and grinned widely. "Moon! Qibli! What a delight!" She cried. Sunny turned around and yelped with delight. Sitting at three of the desks were Clay, Tsunami, and Sunny. Starflight led them to a large cane with a lot of light streaming in, four desks and slabs of extremely comfortable-looking beds. "Hey, Starflight, would you mind taking us to your friends/ siblings?" Moon asked nicely. "It's fine," Starflight grunted as he got up. "Oh my goodness! Starflight! I'm so sorry!" Qibli said. They walked over to where they remembered the Dragonets of Destiny's caves were. But instead of finding the caves, they ran into Starflight. "Do you want to go see Clay, Tsunami, Starflight, and Sunny?" Qibli asked Moon "Isn't she just adorable," Moon mouthed to Qibli. "Why thank you," Moon said in a higher voice. I like your silver scales next to your eyes." One of the littlest SilkWings quietly walked up to Qibli and Moon and politely said, "Hello. When they arrived at the entrance they were immediately swarmed by little green and turquoise dragonets. "I've missed Jade Acadamy a lot," Qibli said quietly. "Yay!" Moon cried, doing a flip in the air. They flew for hours before Jade Mountain finally came into view. "Yes well I do. and I feel like you should have known that." "I didn't know you liked dragonets that much," Qibli said skeptically. "Hey, Moon, do you want to get out of town for a little while?" Qibli asked, "Maybe go visit Jade Acadamy to see some of the adorable new SilkWings, LeafWings, and HiveWings?" Moon and Qibli had moved in together in the Scorpion Den, Qibli had been able to get a job to help to break up the fights that happened quite often around the Scorpion Den and Moon had a library where dragons had to trade various items for books. It had been ten years since the Pantalan dragons came over to Pyrrhia. Qibli finally finished his lizard and then walked over to Moon and carefully twined his tail around hers. "Ood mornin'," Qibli said through a mouthful of lizard. He grabbed a dried lizard from the clay fridge and nibbled at its head.Ībout half an hour later, Moon came out of their room, grabbed a banana from the fridge and sat down across the table from Qibli. He turned away and went outside of their room to get breakfast. Moon stirred in her sleep and Qibli looked at her with curious eyes, wondering what had caused her to move.
